
***IMPORTANT INFO FOR INTERNET BANKING USERS***
On September 10th at 4:30 pm, Valley Bank will introduce
Multi-Factor Authentification (MFA) to the internet
banking log-in. MFA is a group of added
security features that are intended to protect users
from several different types of fraud. When we
go live with MFA, the home page will look slightly
different and there will no longer be "PASSWORD"
field. Instead, you will enter your ACCESS ID
on the home page, choose submit and than you will
be taken to a second screen to enter your PASSWORD.
The first time you log-in, you will asked to
complete several challenge questions and you will
also be assigned a picture that will be used
for your "passmark" (or picture key). In the
future, we will use your passmark and security
questions to verify your identity when making
changes to your internet banking account.

***IMPORTANT INFO FOR BILL PAY USERS***
Valley Bank will soon be merging Internet Banking
and Bill Pay log-ins. As soon as August 1st,
there will no longer be a separate log-in for Bill
Pay and you will now access your Bill Pay through
internet banking. If you are already signed up
for internet banking, no problem! If you are
not currently using internet banking, please call
Joel Rosenberg at (406) 752-3781 and he will be
happy to help you set up your new internet banking
account (our assistance will be necessary).
Both services will continue to be absolutely free of
charge and we will continue to strive for your
increased satisfaction with our online services.
*** IMPORTANT INFO FOR ATM & DEBIT CARD
HOLDERS ***
We are excited to announce that we are renovating
our debit and ATM card programs. There will be
several improvements that include “real time”
account information and better card (plastic)
quality. The changes will occur on Monday, July
16th.
On
Monday, July 2nd, you will be mailed a new Valley
Bank Debit card. Shortly after your receive your
card, you will be mailed an assigned pin number for
your new card. Please do not attempt to activate the
card until July 16th. The conversion will take place
by the start of business on Monday, July 16th at
which time you can activate your new card at anytime
at any ATM. Your old card will no longer work
after the conversion date.
Valley Bank will no longer be able to support ATM
cards. If you currently hold an ATM card, it will be
replaced by a Valley Bank branded Visa Debit card
that we assure you is far superior in areas such as
accessibility and fraud prevention.
